NYAB Mission:

“ Improve Hampton’s neighborhoods by inspiring and involving youth in leadership, and creating a sense of unity between youth and adults." 

NYAB is a youth-led group of teens who are committed to:

• Create projects to address neighborhood issues
• Train other youth to play active roles in creating change in their
  neighborhood
• Encourage other youth to speak out about their neighborhood
  issues & concern.
• Teach adults how to build/maintain effective partnerships with youth
• Develop decision making & leadership skills
• Work in partnership with Hampton’s Neighborhood Commission
• Meet with other youth once a week to address neighborhood issues
